Responsibilities:
1. The candidate will be responsible to increase the conversion of leads to sales
2. Define and design various analyses required to achieve the conversion goal
3. Drive quality team to regularly analyze sales quality and adherence to process and create actionable dashboards for senior management
4. Find opportunities of improving data capturing to improve analysis
5. Analyze existing sales process, find gaps, and implement changes through technology team
6. Conducting sales quality inductions and training on regular interval
Key Requirements:
1. MBA from IIM or top B School
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Experience in analyzing mid size data.
4. Experience in managing team of 3-5 members
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, SQL
