What does this role hold for you.?1) Drive the organization wide Performance Management process encapsulating goal setting, quarterly performance check-ins, mid-year performance and annual performance reviews.
2) Drive discussions with the Leadership Team members and various other functional heads on setting the goals for the financial year.
3) Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes that help people productivity.
4) Drive organization wide performance management initiatives.
5) Partnering HR Technology team on system configuration and enhancements to performance management module.
6) Work closely with business and functions to drive ongoing R&R initiatives.
7) Conceptualize, design, and implement R&R initiatives which will make maximum impact and help foster a high-performance and high-engagement culture.
8) Responsible for data analytics for various HR initiatives across employee lifecycle.
9) Not be limited to the horizons of a job description and work towards building a great workplace.
Apply if you have.??1) Conceptual clarity of HR concepts equipped with an MBA in Human Resources with 3 to 7 years of experience.
2) In depth experience of designing and ideating Performance Management and Rewards and recognition practices.
3) An ability to connect dots and propose out-of-the-box HR solutions.
4) An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive things to closure.
5) Strong analytical skills with prior experience of working on HR reports and analytics.
6) Strong command on language, written as well as spoken.
7) Strong interpersonal skills and high on energy.
8) Worked in a fast-paced culture.
