What does this role hold for you.??

You will get an opportunity to independently lead assignments and spearhead the course of your career in real estate analytics, research, and policy. You will work closely a with the data to derive actionable insights and be accountable to present and publish the same.

Essential duties and accountabilities include the following:

- Keep up to date with the sector for trends, policies, and macro-economic factors.

- Collect, review, and evaluate data results to produce statistical assessments and report on trends.

- Assists in the preparation of project/client presentations and reports as needed.

- Handles requests for data /research information.

- Maintains information resource libraries/dashboards in accordance with industry standards.

- Participates in discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop and employ methods to estimate and predict outcomes.

- Writes technical/ conceptual/policy or similar large- scale reports.

- Provides statistical and analytical reports as required in support of management and professionals.

- May prepare progress reports and handle special projects as requested.

Apply if you have.

- Bachelor's/ Masters' degree in the industry related field of study preferred (real estate, finance, research).

- 3+ years of experience of real estate research or related business experience or any similar combination of education and experience.

- Superior academic achievement in the field of real estate, finance, and research.

- Ability to interpret complex business/policy documents for report formulation, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high logic and report writing skills are a must.

- Ability to write research and assessment reports on Indian and global market trends, property information, and comparison benchmarking studies, etc.

- Preparation of reports that interpret market conditions and potential knowledge of financial terms and principles.

- Ability to make effective presentations on general topics/themes to an internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management.

- Assessment of existing and potential service markets to project growth.
