Proptiger - Assistant Manager - Finance

- Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements as per IGAAP / Ind AS / IFRS.AP / AR, GL management and monthly books closing

- Manage audits, like Statutory, Internal, IFC, SOX, etc.

- Preparing all the audit schedules and effective & timely completion of audits.

- Managing the Treasury function with daily cash balances reporting, ensuring cash flows are adequate and funds are efficiently invested to generate returns.

- Control over Open PO's to ensure correct monthly provisioning.

- Maintaining Fixed asset register along with controlling and physical verification on time-to-time basis

- Knowledge of accruals, helping team members on provision reconciliation and publishing aging to management.

- Proper accounting of all the capex incurred by the company.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Develop detailed, crisp requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product.

- Successful candidates will be detail driven, have a technical background and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Should be able to mentor and groom the team.

- Clear understanding of the taxation statutes - TDS, GST etc
