- This appeal is for a thorough professional who has shown his skills in the corporate world and would like to expand his abilities on a broader vision and for the development of his country

- The incumbent will act as Proposal Specialist and his main assignment would be duly execution of tasks on the vision, mission and agenda of India Center Foundation pertaining to creating proposal.

- Special focus is on candidates who possess excellent strategies ranging from analytical and advisory to writing and editing.

- He/She must be capable to collect record, report and evaluate performance development and track key indicators critical to enhance the understanding of the business and improving decision making.

He/she will work closely with the Chairman,

His/Her Principal tasks and responsibilities would be

1. Preparing internal and external reports with assistance of all department for external and internal stakeholders, development and due implementation of strategy, products and campaigns

2. Designing, Establishing and developing reporting standard of the foundation

3. Prepares routine reports (financial, quality, service, operational, efficiency, etc.).

4. Analyzes trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends.

5. Works directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach and takes assigned project from original concept through final implementation.

6. Keeping track of the expense of the project and handling the total budget of the project.

7. Checking the efficiency of the program and ensuring that execution of the program is successful and fast

8. Formulate strategies to create report to achieve foundation goal

9. Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase productivity.

10. Analyze, interpret and recommend promotion of change

11. Assist management in developing and reviewing budget forecast including variance analysis.

12. Establish baseline for action and operational change

13. Works closely with personnel and partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve service and/or program processes.

14. Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify programs.

15. Develops effective reporting tools.

16. Analyzes the activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the management and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.

17. Work on forecasting and providing with necessary information and guidance for short and Long range forecast

18. Communicate result to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decision by providing in-depth analysis and recommendation

Qualification Requirements

- Masters in Business management or any other equivalent degree

- Minimum work experience of 5 to 7 years

- Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirement from multiple sources.

- Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis request of varying size and scope

- Strong communication skill, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Strong knowledge of MS office application, including word, excel, project and PowerPoint

- Excellent group presentation skills.
