A Strong Knowledge of RFP and proposal process is required.
- Experience with professional services and familiarity with industry terms, contracts, deliverables, and bid processes is required.
- Coordinates proposal process, following standard procedures, including planning, review, and production of statements of qualifications and proposals.
- Own end to end bid management process by working along with sales team.
- Build a proposal strategy to prepare a competitive response.
- Responsible for creating a winning proposal on time and within budget.
- Analyze the RFP, establish outline, and make associated proposal process, response to functional, technical sections.
- Coordinate with sales and legal teams to meet compliance.
- Provide guidance to capture manager/sales and assigned operations staff.
- Define style conventions based on corporate standards and the RFP.
- Establish and maintain schedule, deadlines, outline, and requirements/compliance matrix (as needed)
- Establish a clear understanding of the customer requirements and achievable winning objectives.
- Engage with partners to assist in bid preparation.
- Day to day management of the proposal ream
- Work closely with the team, assign the deliverables, set up daily meetings, review the proposals.
- Gather, coordinate RFP questions, and track all RFI/ RFQ/RFP amendments and answers to questions.
- Ensure completion of proposal tasks and overall bid quality
- Facilitate kick-offs, status meetings, and all color reviews
