Proposal Manager - Govt Services

Job Summary:.

- We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with a strong background in Government Services, PMU/PMC/PSU sectors, and end-to-end tender management.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, bidding, and winning government tenders while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

- The role demands expertise in proposal writing, bid preparation, technical documentation, liaising with government officials, and RFx management.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Tender Sourcing & Opportunity Identification.

- Identify relevant government tenders (EOIs, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) through online portals and networks.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess win potential.

- Develop a robust pipeline of government tenders and strategic opportunities.

Bid & Proposal Management.

- Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle from tender identification to submission and award.

- Prepare comprehensive technical and financial bid documentation.

- Define a winning approach, methodology, and value proposition for each proposal.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to compile bid responses.
