Role : Sales Enablement Practitioner
Role Description : Support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes.

Job Description Additional Comments : Strong expe in presales/proposal authoring / proposal architecting function for deals have leadership, problem solving & decision making abilities
Ability to establish & maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts/proposal authors be able articulate responses effectively by taking inputs from subject matter experts. to craft winning proposals by effectively collaborating with key deal team members
Strong exposure & understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc).
Presales/proposal development function including strong understanding primarily of Application Outsourcing and/or System Integration concepts.
Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational& comm skills
Analytical thinking, interpersonal effectiveness & positive attitude to manage multiple service requests at the same time at high speed to ensure timely completion of accurate deliverables
Experience in writing proposals in Chemicals, Natural Gas
Edu Qualification: BE/B. Tech or MBA
