Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base, maximize sales opportunities, and optimize team performance.
- Strategically allocate resources and budget to ensure operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
Client Relationship Management:

- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Active Real Estate License or relevant certifications as per local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills with a results-oriented approach.
