Propkarmaa - Sales Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their dream properties, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.

What You'll Do:

- Be a lead generation machine: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, following up on leads and building relationships.

- Become a client confidante: Understand individual needs and desires to propose tailored property solutions exceeding expectations.

- Master the art of the deal: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to successful closing, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.

- Achieve and surpass goals: Exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, consistently driving sales growth.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with a passion for real estate (or a related field).

- 0-3 years of sales experience (eager learners and recent graduates are encouraged to apply!).

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust and effectively showcase properties
