- We are searching for a proactive and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team.

- You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent across all real estate functions, ensuring we have the best people to achieve our ambitious goals.

What you'll do:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for diverse real estate roles.

- Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media, and industry channels.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques (social media, networking, job boards, referrals) to find the best candidates.

- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and managers.

- Assist in crafting competitive offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

- Collaborate with marketing to build Propkarmaa's employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the HR information system.

- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal and company regulations, including EEO and diversity guidelines.

- Generate regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics for HR leadership and stakeholders.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of real estate roles and talent requirements.

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e., Applicant Tracking Systems).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently but also collaboratively.

- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
