- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Proven track record of success in sales or business development.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and negotiation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- A passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

- Experience in market research and analyzing data to identify sales opportunities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales management tools.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and work independently with initiative.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects.

- Adaptability and resilience in addressing challenges and achieving goals.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
