We are urgently hiring candidates for the Role of Head HR at our leading Real Estate Company at Belapur, Navi Mumbai Location.

Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Provide guidance to the executive team on HR-related issues.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.

- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and retention.

- Implement employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on results.

Performance Management:

- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Provide training and support to managers on effective performance appraisal techniques.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that mitigate risks.

Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

- Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.

- Conduct market analysis to maintain equitable and attractive pay practices.

HR Metrics & Analytics:

- Use data-driven insights to evaluate HR effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 +years in a leadership role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

- Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
