Property Acquisition Manager - Retail

Looking for a Property Acquisition Manager for a leading Retail company.

Position reports to: Director-BDM-Projects

Job Description:

- Property acquisition to start/ Open new stores for brands.

- To structure the deal in best interest of the company.

- Support projects team to complete their scope of work in stipulated rent free period.

- Strategically open the stores in a way that gives 1st mover advantage to the group.

- Bulk leasing in malls to get cost advantage and offer full bouquet of products/brands to mall resulting in WIN- WIN deal.

- Coordinating among Developer/ Owner, Projects team and operations to open the store in right time for optimum RETAIL advantage.

- Working on financial feasibility of the store with Commercial team.

- Renegotiating Rent/ CAM with owners/ developers due to changing market dynamics, bringing down occupation cost.

- Negotiating early closure of stores with minimum economic impact on the company.

BMC Approvals, handling litigation matters

Job Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA preferred

Experience required: 12-15 years

Industry Preference: Retail, Banks, Courier
