Properji helps first-time homebuyers make sound property investments. In addition, it also provides research and advisory services to help make decisions relating to where to buy, when to sell and how to optimize on taxes.

It addresses the needs of upwardly mobile, technologically savvy professionals. The market for such a service is huge. In Bangalore alone, the average annual addition in IT/ITeS workforce for the past 2 years has been over 100,000. Role Overview

- The primarily role of this person will be to keep our customers engaged through social media, website, forum and blogs. In order to keep customers engaged at the website we need to publish quality content. We need a self-driven social media enthusiast and content writer who can research on real estate related topics such as area review, market overview, legal, buying advisory etc. and come up with engaging write-up. In addition, he/she needs to be an expert in terms of how to disseminate content via myriad social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Tumblr. She/he is also expected to read and reply to comments and questions on blogs and forums. She can seek out help from rest of the Properji team for specific topics.

- She/he should also proactively read reports, newspaper articles and other real-estate forums to stay abreast of current topic trends. She is also expected to publish weekly news letters and assist research team in writing reports and marketing team with emailers, brochures etc.

Qualification and Skills

1. Education: At least a bachelor's degree from top colleges such as Christ College, Joseph's Arts & Science, Jain, Mount Carmel College, JNC, National College etc.

2. Experience: 1 - 4 years of social media management and content writing experience

3. Have a strong grasp of English language and experience writing content for blogs, press release, news articles etc.

4. Ability to rephrase and modify articles

5. Editing and proof reading content

6. Proactively review and edit content of the website

7. Knowledge of SEO and ability to write SEO friendly articles

8. Knowledge of real-estate industry or curiosity to learn more about it
