Properji helps first-time home buyers make sound property investments. In addition, it also provides research and advisory services to help make decisions relating to where to buy, when to sell and how to optimize on taxes.

It addresses the needs of upwardly mobile, technologically savvy professionals. The market for such a service is huge. In Bangalore alone, the average annual addition in IT/ITeS workforce for the past 2 years has been over 100,000. The company is run like a Silicon Valley Bay Area technology start-up combining creativity, ideation and invention with execution and action in the market to come up with radically new and different solutions that will delight the customers.

Role Overview

This candidate will co-ordinate and help with on-ground sales activities. Key responsibilities include building relationships with builders and developers, collecting and analyzing data on under-construction and ready-to-move-in properties, interacting with customers, co-ordinating site visits and ensuring conversion of customer leads.

This role is likely to interest those who like being on the field and prefer to have an upside based on sales targets achieved.

Qualifications:

1. Education: MBA preferred, but not necessary

2. Experience: 2 to 6 years in sales role in companies such as 99Acres, MagicBricks, PropTiger or with a reputed professional real estate broker or a builder / developer

3. Understanding and/or experience in Real Estate buying and selling

4. “Can do” attitude and comfort with working in fast paced, unstructured start-up environment

5. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to evolve one’s role based on changing organizational needs
