Properji - Research Associate - Real Estate

Real Estate industry is undergoing a major overall in India. This industry which accounts to almost 5% of India's GDP did a turn over of $67 billion in 2011-12. With rising consumerism and younger demographics this industry is set to grow strongly.

As more-more investors are young and highly educated, they are forcing this, predominately unorganized sector, to change into a more structured industry. To make this market efficient, factual-information dissemination is a must. To do this independent fact-based research plays a key role.

Properji is pioneering the residential research space. In order, to do this we are building a high performance research team.

We are currently looking for 0-3 year experience individuals with the following attributes to join our team as soon as possible:

- MBA or Engineering Degree or equivalent from Tier I or II schools

- Civil or Architectural undergraduate degree is a plus but not essential

- Strong analytical skills

- Extremely good report writing skills (application with sample reports will be given preference)

- Knowledge of real-estate industry

- Equities or real-estate research background

- Freshers will high academic performance
