- Properji helps first-time home buyers make sound property investments. In addition, it also provides research and advisory services to help make decisions relating to where to buy, when to sell and how to optimize on taxes.

In Bangalore alone, the average annual addition in IT/ITeS workforce for the past 2 years has been over 100,000. Role Overview
- This candidate will lead the research and analytics efforts at Properji. Key responsibilities include creating a profiling and ranking methodology for Indian developers and their key projects, building a solid fact base of key property investment opportunities in various Indian cities, publishing knowledge pieces and whitepapers and representing Properji at major national and international real estate conferences.
- This role is likely to interest those who are analytical and entrepreneurial, have an investor mindset and like sharing knowledge and advising.

Qualifications:
1. Education: MBA preferred
2. Experience: 2 to 6 years in consulting/research companies such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, CRISIL, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank etc.
3. Solid work experience related to research, consulting and client relationship management
4. Understanding and/or experience in Real Estate buying and selling
5. “Can do” attitude and comfort with working in fast paced, unstructured start-up environment
6. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to evolve one’s role based on changing organizational needs
