Pre-requisites:
- 6+ years of experience in corporate selling preferably in a Real Estate Research and Consulting Services
- Post-Grad from reputed institute – MBA (Marketing / Finance), M. Tech (Urban Planning / Housing), etc. would be preferred
- Good communication, writing and presentation skills
- Should possess good PR skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building
- Flexibility w.r.t. working hours, out-station travel, etc.
- Understand the day-to-day terminology utilized in Real Estate Sector
- Proven Analytical skills, Self-starter attitude towards work
- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets
- Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and outstanding past credential in sales and business development
- Should be self motivated and approach challenges with a can-do attitude and ability to think outside of the box
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT, etc. formats
Job Description:
- Identification of new sources & opportunities in the region that would compliment affiliate's services offering and to ensure that sales targets/revenue are met.
- The person will be working closely with Real Estate Developers and consulting them for their advisory services requirements
- Doing project feasibility analysis/location analysis/financial analysis/city analysis/micro analysis/due diligence.
- To create /maintain excellent relationships with key clients and with the specified person and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their requirements.
- Increase client utilization rate by developing relationships that enable clients to leverage our services
- Coordinating with other inter-departments to generate leads / consulting opportunities
