Position Title : Analyst/Sr.Analyst (Consulting - Real Estate)

Location : Andheri (East) Mumbai

Year of Experience : MBA with 3+ Years of relevant experience..

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Financial modeling, budgeting, project management, due diligence, financial restructuring, buy side sell side advisory, Market entry strategy.

- Plan the strategy, corporate planning, and feasibility study for client when member of a consulting team.

- Also work on research assignments (internal & external).

- Participate in business development and marketing activities while helping prepare proposals for new engagement opportunities.

- Conduct primary surveys telephonically / personally / through e-mails as per the requirements.

- Travel as per the requirements of the assignments.

- Adhere to systems / processes of the firm.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT, etc. formats
