- We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Strategy Manager to help expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing our sales and marketing strategy, developing sales forecasts, and managing the sales pipeline.
- This role requires strong collaboration with external distributors, internal teams, and a focus on building effective customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve agreed sales targets in both corporate and retail segments.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop detailed sales plans and objectives for the customer base in HM & PU + J&K regions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive profitable partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market mapping and identify new business development opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue through personalized customer service and value-based selling.
- Coordination for Customer Service: Collaborate with project, spare parts, and service teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment across all levels, working closely with peers, management, and dealer networks.
- Aftermarket Support: Address aftermarket issues and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular status updates on business activities, growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Compliance and Integrity: Ensure that all activities align with company values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education: MBA and Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-8 years in direct or dealer sales, preferably within the crushing and screening industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle market analysis, business development, and collaborate effectively across teams
