About the Role:

- Responsible for Production, Quality, Supply chain, Safety, MSE and Maintenance.

- Able to achieve monthly production targets as per the business plan.

- Able to coordinate with internal customer for relevant support and effective completion of the targets defined for the month.

- Strong knowledge and experience in Heavy fabrication industry background.

- Lead the team as a Leader in order to improve overall process and to help the company growth.

- Proven leadership ability and Strategic thinking combined with strong capability in execution.

- Entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to build partnership with MD and the top management.

- Ability to set and manage priorities based on the business model of the company.

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Facilitates, educates and partners with cross functional groups to lead a culture of continuous improvement efforts.

- Drive for Lean manufacturing, material flow management for the continuous improvement of the people and processes involved in all manufacturing areas.

- Develop and support methods to collect suggestions and feedback for continuous improvement from all areas of the company.

- Identify opportunities for improvement including productivity, set-up and changeover times, cycle time, etc.

- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- BE / B Tech in Mechanical.

Required Skills Preferred Skills:

- Lean Manufacturing.

- Continuous Improvement.
