JOB DESCRIPTION:


Role Head Spare Sales / After Market Sales


Operating Company Propel Industries Pvt Ltd


Reporting in who does this position report to Head - Sales & Marketing


Direct Reportees positions that report to this role directly Team Leaders


Key Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for developing and implementing the Spares business strategy in-line with the business goals by achieving the desired revenue & profitability for parts division.


2. Responsible for driving the team leaders in reaching out to existing customers on retrofits / refurbishment and provide onsite solutions.


3. Drive the specific business process initiatives for enhancing the spares network in ensuring spares availability by optimal use of available resources (Infra, People, Process & Systems).


4. Guide the team in designing, Developing, documenting the policies (Commercial / credit), standards, procedures (SoP), SLAs and ensure effective communication / cascading of the same to all relevant stakeholders.


5. Advise and guide the team on optimal inventory management thru effective warehouse deployment (own /Dealer) based on consumption pattern / future market potential and ensure timely receivables as per commercial / credit policy.


6. Responsible for ensuring process and service delivery (on-time) hygiene for the complete parts cycle (enquiry to Parts delivery at site).


7. Hold periodic performance reviews with the team and suitably guide them for achieving the desired business results.


8. Ensure continuous development of employees and are appropriately motivated to carry out their required responsibilities.

Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills/ Personal attributes:


ESSENTIAL: (Functional Knowledge / Technical Expertise / Software / Experience / Behavioural):


- Minimum 15 years of work experience in Spares Sales from Engineering / Machining components industry


- Ability to guide and direct the team


- Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal stakeholders


- Strong credibility and ethical compliance is must and Zero tolerance to unethical process / system.


- Good Communication skills (verbal & Written)


- Effective networking skills


- Strong Analytical skills


- Excellent leadership skills (Guiding / Developing & Delegating)


DESIRABLE (Functional Knowledge / Technical Expertise / Software / Experience / Behavioural):


- Spares sales in Crushing & Screening Industry


- CRM


Education Qualification:


ESSENTIAL: Graduate in Information technology / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering


DESIRABLE/PREFERRED : MBA / M.Tech


Candidate should have:


- Handled around 300 400Cr of Business.


- Headed the role in any of the previous organization
