Propacity - Site Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth execution of real estate projects and services.

- Lead and manage site teams, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and improve site performance.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and client expectations.

- Foster strong client relationships, address issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Monitor site performance metrics and generate reports to present to senior management.

- Implement and uphold company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures across the site.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of site personnel to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.

- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management to drive site growth and success

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior management or site operations role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of real estate regulations, market trends, and operational processes.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
