Job Title: Senior Manager /Assistant General Manager - Digital Marketing

Overview: This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical prowess to drive impactful digital campaigns that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree from IIT's is required
- IITians freshers can be hired (Someone with good strategy knowledge)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyzes trends, and derives actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Google Adwords, SEO, Demand Gen, Social media (META).
- Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budget constraints. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and priorities.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
