The company is looking for smart, young professionals who are willing to work on a marketing project, with the mission to enable any student to access education for free, irrespective of their location and their choice of career.
The Role :
The Business Development strategist will be responsible to generate leads and scale the company's business by interacting with prospective and existing clients, over the duration of the project
Major Responsibilities :
- Strategise and come up with effective marketing plans along with feasible plans for execution
- Build a marketing team of 7-8 executives with the aim to increase enrollments to the product, from across the country
- Train the executives for their roles and monitor their performance continuously
- Accountable for targets assigned to individual team members along with his/her own targets
- Suggest innovative marketing campaigns to scale up the company's business rapidly
- On-board converted leads with the help of executives and complete implementation efficiently and within prescribed timelines
Prospective candidate should :
- Have an MBA in marketing from a good Business school
- Be Proactive and self-motivated
- Be willing to travel to client locations when required
- Have good communication and management skills
Project Duration: 3-6 months
Requisite experience: 2+ years after MBA
