Projects Execution - International Business
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15 - 18 Years
CTC upto 27 LPA
Must Have:
- Cost Management - Effective execution of projects within the Budget
- Timeline closure & Handover to Operations / VM - Ensuring 100% adherence to project closure timelines
- Development of New Stores - Strategy to Execution
- Developing & Managing Vendors
- Cross-functional Relationship & Management - work closely with the Design team
- Execution experience with Luxury retail/hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in project management, preferably with luxury retail or hotel execution experience.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving project goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to anticipate and proactively address potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Experience managing budgets and cost control systems.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire project from the planning phase to implementation and handover to the client.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and requirements.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards are met and all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and supervise project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors, to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Act as a point of contact for all project-related questions and issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their professional development.
