Urgent Opening with Leading Paint Company for Project Sales Manager @ East UP (5-10 yrs)


Market Development:

- Planning and strategizing for depot geography for short term (0-6 months) as well as long term (more than 1 year)

- Analyze area level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives

- Explore and open new clients i.e. builders, government institutions, repainting societies, construction sites, etc. to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the area. Increase participation

- Collect reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/competition for market mapping and sensitize the management

- Gather information on competitor's activities in the region and act upon it for KNPL's benefit

- Undertake and monitor detailed product testing

Revenue Responsibility :

- Delivering on value and volume for geography

- Interact with corporate, influencers & project dealers to understand product needs/ product perception/ dissatisfaction across the market

- Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the depot on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets as per budget

- Ensure the growth of core products along with new and focused products

Project Management :

- Implement project specific initiatives schemes and ensure control measures

- Dealing with big accounts (contractors/ builders/govt. institutes/ construction sites etc.)

- Track and provide effective and appropriate solution to the client problem and ensure complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines

- Ensure availability of material and services through co-ordination with other functions

Commercial Responsibility :

- Control entire accounting and audit related queries

- Collecting receivables are per organizations norms and review of credit worthiness of business associates and timely review of the same.

Influencer Management :

- Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization. Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure

- Rapport building with key influencers/stakeholders, viz: contractors, builders, key accounts, interior designers, architects, repair & restoration consultants etc and providing them with technical knowhow.

Leading, Reporting and Integration :

- Leading a team of sales representatives to ensure achievement of business objectives. Motivating, guiding & coaching the PSE, PSO and PSI to build a high performance team

- Monitoring team / depot performance by analyzing dashboards and taking necessary actions in concurrence with management

- Ensuring hygiene factors, all organization policies and systems are implemented as desired.

- Review daily performance dashboard & leverage business communication module
