Project/Program Manager - BPO - PMP/PRINCE2/Six Sigma

Looking out for Project manager with one of the New set up of MNC in Pune.

Role :

- Purpose of this job is to help the Management team in executing the Program Management Strategy in his / her area of business ventures.

- This role helps Management in streamlining Program (Project) Management Operations

- Program Manager will play an important role in Project and Program management of new business ventures .

- This role is instrumental in driving Project Management framework, ensuring quality of service delivered to the client is world class, Projects are running at profitable levels and client satisfaction is at the core of project delivery.

- The Program Manager / Program Head oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

- This role at regular intervals will also work closely with cross functional teams, i.e. Operations, HR, Recruitment, Finance, Transition & Projects, Legal & Contracts, Sales & Marketing, On shore / offshore teams.

Criteria :

10 Years experience.

- Program Management / Strategy experience

- Project & Change Management experience

- Transition / Migration & Integration experience

- Stakeholder / Client Management / Engagement experience

- Team Leadership experience

- Budget Management experience

- Program Management Certification (PgMP)

- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2)

- Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt)

- Effective People & Time Manager

- Excellent MS Office Skills

Please note Certification in PMP, PRINCE2 and six sigma all three are mandatory.

Salary: 12,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A
