Description:
As an Associate Director, you will be tasked with providing support to the organization across multiple functions. Your role will help in strengthening organizational processes, working on strategy, supporting quality in execution, and continually innovating to help the organization increase our quality/quantity of impact.
Responsibilities:
Set overall strategy for programs, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Working with Program Leaders to ensure coherence between organizational mission and program missions
- Improving individual program strategies and systems in the short-term
- Helping to build out long-term strategies for programs
- Building team capacity so that teams have better systems for planning, execution, reflection, and organizational functions like managing accounts and communications
- Building partnerships and onboarding mentors to support programs in achieving their missions
- Ensuring cross-program learning amongst different program leads
- Coordinating between program teams and organizational functions like HR, communications, and finance
