- Provide thought leadership in conceptualizing, technical solutioning and delivering IT lead new products, Platforms & services to enhance revenue and establish innovation leadership for the Organisation
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
- B.Tech/MCA. with about 12 plus years of experience covering technical solutioning, project management, post implementation services management, business interaction, commercial exposure etc
- Hands on with Java, PHD, WebSpare, Mobile applications Android, iOS etc.
- Experience with Telecom operator in a similar role

- Techno commercial knowledge in being able to understand the business impact and technical requirement of implementation

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities/Key Performance Indicators
Project Management & Implementation of new products & Services.
- Conceptualize new products & services, organizing technical / business sessions, PoCs, training etc
- Scan the horizon and engage with potential partners.
- Co-create new products /services along with the business teams. Conceptualize products, create use cases, and jointly prepare RFPs for various services/projects.
Design technology solution and system integration in multi vendor scenario
- Deeply engage with partners, classic IT & network team to come up with right architecture for new projects
- End-to-end system design keeping in VAS product requirements, leverage existing eco-system at Aircel for optimal solution.
- Deployment of in house software products
- Migration of existing VAS services to private/public cloud
Support CFT in RFP evaluation and commercial negotiation for technology solutions.
- Technical evaluation and normalization of the solutions keeping in mind feature comparison, revenue settlement, reference checks, skill assessments etc.
- Design and construct evaluation matrix supportive of various critical parameters / sub-parameters and relative weightages.
Rollout of helpdesk and support services for IT and VAS application.
- Gather requirements in discussion with all the stake holders and prepare RFP for the same.
- Evaluate RFP responses; help SCM in negotiations, agreement sign-off.
- Create and execute project work plans
- Project tracking, co-ordination with different departments like Network, Security, DC Team, IT etc
- Conduct reviews
Support the product, business, and customer care teams during initial phase of launch.
Handover to IT operations after the product is stable.
- Organize PoCs, trainings for Sales, Customer care teams
- Supporting customer care team to address customer complaints
- Transfer to operations thru knowledge transfer sessions, trainings and documentations.
- Continuous product support throughout the life of the product.
