Job Description

Product Implementation Manager

- Estimate and manage project timelines, resources for target implementation schedules

- Ability to define & modify functional requirements & manage deliverables to clients

- Leading the internal team, interpreting results, developing recommendations, presenting ideas & analyses to clients

- Dexterity to work in and manage diverse teams

- Experience in DW/BI projects in Banking Domain

- The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company in BFSI vertical or someone who has experience working in IT division of a bank in the above domain areas.

- Should have experience in end-to-end functional project management including Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Impact Assessment, Business Analysis, Project delivery, Functional Testing and User Documentation.

Description:

- Should Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently develop internal and external objectives by prioritizing multiple tasks effectively .

- Ability to anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompasses issues at hand.

- Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.

- Project/Product implementation experience in Banking

- Coordinating with the software development (vendor/Internal) team for the functional clarifications during development.

- Identifying, analyzing defects, questionable functions, errors, program functionality, outputs, online screens, and content.

- Managing smooth implementation of the project assigned

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross functional teams / cross location teams.
