Project Mgr - Business Research - Procurement

MBAs from top tier institutes.

Should be currently working in the materials / Procurement domain.

- 8-10 years of top notch experience, preferably in research, or related areas such as consulting or analytics oriented jobs

- Strong finance knowledge, valuation modelling capabilities, writing skills, ability to identify key growth driver challenges, regulatory issues, future trends, technology changes, manufacturing strategies etc.

Leadership position - To Manage Practice - Business research and advisory practice.

- He/she would directly report to AVP, Business Research.

- Should possess a strong blend of strategic and analytical thinking to structure and guide research / consulting assignments with clients, and manage the project internally.

- To ensure smooth execution of all projects and business,

- Excellent operations management capabilities.

- Grooming talent, managing large and growing teams.

- Developing internal methodologies and Process improvement.
