Taking control of the overall UI UX deliveries across digital products in terms of project planning, timelines, scope of work, status updates, etc.

- Manage and optimize yearly budgets across for the UI UX team

- Be in the know of budget Vs. actuals and the break-up at any given time

- Look at resource optimization & cost saving opportunities.

- Driving execution of Contracts and POs in discussion with UI UX Managers for the entire UI UX team

- Evaluating the current processes and suggesting, setting up new and latest processes

- Work closely with the design managers to prioritize and streamlines activities with internal designers, partner designers, and all stakeholders

- Creating detailed delivery plans if required and setting expectations internally

- Getting the user stories written from the UI UX Manager so that the same can be shared with Product / tech teams

- Tracking delivery plan end to end

- Ensuring timely design delivery from UI UX Manager

- Go to person for any dev team queries. Will get it clarified from the UI UX Manager if required.

- Provide any kind of assets, solve platform related design queries

- Discuss work arounds and MVP vs end state approaches at a project level

- Tracking the design JIRA board or in progress tasks

- Maintaining trackers and sharing at a set frequency with stakeholders

- Driving UAT (doing UATs in some case and getting UAT done from UI UX, following up with other stakeholders to close UATs)
