Project Manager - Transition/Migration/Change - Investment Bank

Looking for candidates from investment banking firms like BNY, SocGen, RBS, SCB, Barclays, CITI, HSBC

- Should have handled banking projects independently. MAX CTC: 16 lpa -18 lpa

- Looking for a diversity candidate

- PMP certification is desirable.

Direct Responsibilities

- Directly manage 2-3 client onboarding / transition projects related to Operations processes in the Securities Services domain

- Ensuring Risks and Issues are managed proactively and various transition deliverables are documented and signed off before go-live

- Develop strong, positive, constructive relationships with multiple senior stakeholders

- Lead matrix teams to deliver high quality results

- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Contributing Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to the Transition Methodology and Outsourcing Compliance for self and team

- Contribute to building a world class Programme / Project Management discipline

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Proven Project Management skills

- Should have managed and led transitions in a similar setup (Securities Services) either in a captive / third party environment and transitioned Operations from overseas to India

- Strong interpersonal communication and coaching skills, capable of explaining, teaching, training in a highly effective manner

Specific Qualifications (if required)

- PMP / Prince 2 highly preferred

- MBA preferred
