Designation : Project Manager

PMP Certificate is must.

- Complete project takeover from sales team once it is awarded

- Preparation of mas

- Preparation of method statement

- Preparation of critical list

- Preparation of project programme

- Preparation of execution schedule with timeline inline with main contract

- Co-ordination meeting with consultant, contractor

- Preparation of shop drawings and following for approvals

- Selection of contractor and commercial negotiations

- System design preparation and subsequent approvals

- On site regular followup and inform commercial team for invoice instruction

- Progress report submission

- Maintaining and updating of m.S, mas, shop drawing schedulers

- HSE arrangement

- Main inventory list against material delivered on site and acknowledgement from client/consultant

- Raising flag in case of any critical

- Preparation inspection plan and testing schedules

- Coordination with principles for support during commissioning and installation

- Prepare handover documents

- Arrange training's

- Final completion and obtaining project completion certificate

- Giving service during DLP period & scheduling for the service

- Following with client for AMC after DLP period
