Project Manager FOR TELECOM COMPANY
- Responsible for timely roll out of large projects
- Interaction with Sales and Sales Engineering for BOM, Product specifications, tender terms and conditions, timelines, understanding penalties terms etc.
- Interaction with Factory
- Interaction with third party vendors for BOM, roll out with timelines and finalization of support related discussions and negotiations
- Follow up and close coordination with field engineers for timely roll out, identify short shipments, start and conducting AT and getting AT certificates
- Follow up with customer for site readiness, availability of AT officers etc
- Identify gaps in the processes and provide suggestions and implement them
- Raising the red flags to senior management as appropriate
- Coordination with service logistics for Repair & Replacement of faulty equipment
- Coordination with Technical support team
- Interaction with customer at a reasonably high level
- 6 -15 years of experience in the support and project management.
- Prior hands on experience in advantageous
- Preferably B.E. (Electronics/Telecom/Comp Science) or at least Diploma. Experience of working in a telecom company in service area in related products such as IPDSLAM & MSAN, Routers and Switches
- Should be well conversant with IP technologies like switching & routing.
- Having experience in dealing with Govt organization like BSNL will be preferable
