Project Manager - STP

We are looking for a resourceful Project Manager STP to join our passionate team at Prescient Flow Control India Private Limited (PFCIPL) for our Ghazipur site in UP India.

Responsibilities :

- Project Management, Co-ordination with clients and Sub Contractor, Planning, execution, measurements recording.

- Supervision, Monitoring of Sewage Treatment Plant Pipeline work, Sewer line, Project management, Core Knowledge of Project Execution.

- Responsible for supervision the construction of various structures such as Pumping stations, Elevated Service Reservoirs, Sewage Treatment Plant Structures, Buildings.

- Take charge for construction activities of STP.

- Administer contracts and manage projects. Inspection of properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations. Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.

- Regular Supervisions of Work. Interaction with the sub-contractor and preparation of work method statement.

- Detailed Planning and Scheduling of the work in progress, quality assurance through different routine tests.

- Material testing witness for all third-party Inspection on-site and Laboratory.

- Deciding on proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences for each project stage,

- Set targets for activities based on each phase of a project plan and ensure it meets the client's specifications.

- Monitor day-to-day work progresses for a project and provides accurate weekly and monthly reports by communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.

- Analyse expenses and identify opportunities to save costs.

- Ensure complex projects are handled on time and on budget by overseeing the project planning, inventory services, cost control, team leadership, and project management.

Pls note that this position is for Project site located in District Ghazipur. Bachelor accommodation will be provided within the company guest house.
