Responsibilities & Duties:

- Lead and manage renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid) from initiation through completion.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Ensure all project objectives are met, including timelines, cost control, and quality standards.

- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and inspection records.

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure all work meets specified standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and testing to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during site inspections.

- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

- Ensure that all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations.

- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.

- Investigate and report any incidents or accidents promptly.

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
