Job Description::

Experience: 8 to 12 years in Software Product Development

Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 2 PM IST – 11 PM IST

Travel Required: Looking for US B1 holders

SUMMARY

1. Experience in enterprise software executive with deep experience in engineering and product management.

2. Operated with an entrepreneurial focus, even within large organizations.

3. Experienced in developing and managing external partnerships and in managing geographically distributed organizations.

4. Should have experience in managed captive as well as contracted offshore development operations.

5. Should understand the full business perspective of a software company and should have the content knowledge to both set strategic goals and align internal operations to achieve those goals.

JAVA,J2EE is Must.
