Project Manager - Software Development Life Cycle

Requirements - What will you bring in?

- Have comprehensive exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Lead the entire project management process post-sales, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage teams and project dynamics effectively.

- Possess extensive experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Excel at stakeholder management, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End SDLC Management: Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring all phases of the SDLC are effectively executed.

- Post-Sales Process Oversight: Take ownership of projects after the sales handover, including budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.

- Agile & Scrum: Manage Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring iterative project progress.

- Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimum utilization of the team.

- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring clear communication, and managing expectations.

- Client Interaction: Organize and lead client meetings to align on project progress, gather feedback, and address any issues promptly.

- Conflict Management: Proactively resolve conflicts within the team or with external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and productive project environment.

- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring their deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the project.

- Proactive Leadership: Identify potential challenges early, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

- Pressure Handling: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure and ensuring deadlines are met.

Expectations:

- Travel expected

- If UAE project, Sunday working is expected

- If US/Canda Project, late night shifts are expected
