JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work with customers from various countries and industry verticals

- Work with teams from variety of technology stacks

- Collaborate closely with CXOs, decision makers, influencers within CCS and at customer organizations during pre-sales, project execution & implementation

- Lead project/product development through entire life cycles from conception to production

- Manage teams working on L1, L2 and L3 support and maintenance contracts

- Mentor and lead an energetic team of around 20+ members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You possess 11+ years of overall experience in software development through various roles

- You have participated in pre-sales discussions with customers, managed estimation process with technical teams and hands on with project planning.

- You are experienced in handling entire project development and implementation life cycles.

- You are an expert in managing agile software development projects and various techniques related to running it successfully.

- You have managed projects for international clients over at least 2 to 3 years

- Your projects involved collaborating with cloud infra structure teams, managing developers from web technologies, mobile technologies, and testing.

- You have a successful track record of fulfilling project success criteria.

- You are a habitual achiever of quality, timely delivery, cost savings.

- Your excellent problem solving, inter-personal and communication skills make you a go to person.

- Your development experience from early years aids you in identifying, analysing, preventing risks.

- You can understand & contribute to solving challenges faced by project team in various roles.

SKILLS:

- Direct hands-on experience developing / managing cloud native software development.

- Worked with clientele that have 500M+ annual revenues, for at least 2 years.

- Worked digital transformation projects / modernization projects involving cloud.

- Worked on strategic to organizational development assignments.
