Overview:
The Project Manager will lead a team of highly skilled developers and Projects lead to deliver projects across multiple implementations. This will include working closely with the stakeholders like Program Manager, Technical Leads and QA/BA Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop a project plan, identify key internal and/or external resources required to make the project successful.
- Direct and monitor project activity and oversee the creation of project documentation and work with businesses to identify and analyze the core project needs and deliverables.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and working session activities to identify project goals, schedule, impacted processes and procedures to foster cooperation and collaboration from the project team.
- Act as liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, anticipate, translate, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
- Facilitate change management of requirements, determine schedule impacts, and manage a project log of risks, issues and decisions.
- Coordinate reviews and sign-offs with stakeholders to ensure the documentation accurately portrays the business need including acceptance criteria. Conduct periodic process reviews to clarify and document work product.
- Manage and ensure timelines throughout project plan, including sprint cycles to ensure project milestones are met and product delivered within agreed upon and acceptable time constraints.
Must have technical ServiceNow Skills:
- Strong expertise in understanding the customer business need and decipher it for technical development in ServiceNow
- Experience in handling integration projects.
- Experience in creating Technical Design Documents, Training Documents etc.
- Experience in conducting Technical Reviews
Must have Soft Skills:
- Ability to work in a global team.
- Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in the industry.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Good English communications skill to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Good to have technical ServiceNow Skills:
- Knowledge of Platform runtime and creation of custom applications within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of HR Service Mgmt., Customer Service Mgmt., IT Business Mgmt. , Legal and Facilities
- Knowledge of Service watch, Orchestration, Security Operations (Incident/Vulnerability) and GRC suite
- Knowledge of Cloud Mgmt., Service Watch, Event Mgmt. and Performance Testing
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, cloning and working with ServiceNow HI support team
- Knowledge of ServiceNow domain separation
