Project Manager - Service Delivery Assurance - IT

Functional Area : Enterprise Service Delivery

1. Job Purpose : 

To manage, drive the end to end program management for the SLG accounts ensuring the fulfillment of the project delivery as per the solution design and committed timelines .The role holder is responsible for the project delivery as per the scope, interfacing the customer and Jio team to ensure the fulfillment .

2. Accountabilities : 

No. Key Accountabilities : 

1. Responsible for end to end Technical Solutions Delivery & Project Management

- Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract

- Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD / LLD)

- Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle

- Develop, drive and monitor project delivery timelines

- Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders- internal and external

- Review & monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract. Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stake holders.

- Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle

2. Project Planning and Management : 

- Project kick off / Initiation of detailed Scope preparation and deliverables with the network solution finalization

- Site preparation, readiness and on ground action initiation.

- Project Plan creation and sharing

- Project risk and resource planning

- Project scheduling and daily / weekly update to the customer and internal stake holders

- Project closure document with the Completion of Delivery as per scope

- Billing trigger and Customer Sign Off

- Last Mile Feasibility Services for DEMARC, CPE & UBR deployment.

Education:

- BE/BTech ( ECE, Electrical and Mechanical ) Or  Diploma in Electronics and Communication with 10 Years of experience ;

- MBA ( Desirable)

Experience:

- Handled Enterprise Projects and customers - Indian and Global Customers

- Technical Program Management experience and strong customer handling experience - Provisioning managers want to evolve to program managers can be included

- Should have handled all business segment customers

- Should have deployed Enterprise products like MPLS, ILL, SIP and other services in the enterprise ecosystem to ensure they can start quickly.

- Need to have a fair technology and services understanding of basic services of MPLS / ILL / SIP and others so that the person can manage the discussion without Engineering support for first few rounds.

- PMP, PRINCE2 certifications are added advantage.

- Any additional experience on LAN technology, Application ecosystem and Wifi /OTT or IP telephonly, Smart City implementation are WELCOME

A minimum of 5 to 6 Years of the project management experience.
