Project Manager/Senior Manager - EPC - Schedule & Cost Control

Project Manager/Sr. Mgr - EPC - Process Plant Build (Not Maintenance)

- Extensive EPC experience/ Experience in EPC schedule ( Must)

- Budget creation / review / improvement - Project planning and control cell (Must)

- Cost take out (Important).

- Good academic background preferably from a premier institute.

- Stable Profile.

Qualifications :

- Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Project/Construction Management

- Experience in Project Management / Project Control in the delivery of Oil & Gas/ Refinery / Petro Chemical /Power Plant / Metals / Sugar Projects across India

- Work experience needs to be at reputed firms.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Primavera/MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products

- Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Process Plant Build (not maintenance). Greenfield or brownfield both suitable.

- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Scope of Responsibility :

- Develop comprehensive Drawing Control Index (DCI, containing list of drawings and discrete dates) working with Detailed Engineering Team / Consultants

- Define and implement Engineering planning and progress review process - aligned to overall

- Integrated EPC project planning & control process

- Facilitate conduct of Engineering review meetings at defined periodicity

- Develop comprehensive Material Control Index (MCI, containing list of all items to be procured and delivered along with discrete dates) working with OEMs (for granular details such as sub-assembly, inspection, dispatch etc.)

- Carry out Procurement planning and progress review process - aligned to overall Integrated EPC project planning & control process

- Develop and implement materials tracking process

- Monitoring of free issue material and tagged items (post receipt to Consumption and Installation)

- Develop detailed Construction liquidation & Commissioning plans, with work volumes captured at discrete work package level and aligned with integrated EPC project schedule

- Carry out Construction & Commissioning planning and progress review process - aligned to overall Integrated EPC project planning & control process

- Carry out construction analytics including variance & root cause analysis, deployment & productivity analysis, net front analysis and look ahead planning

- Carry out tracking for fabricated items include Modules

- Support in Facilitating Review meetings of Construction & Commissioning at defined periodicity

- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
