Title : Project Manager & Scrum Expert

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10+ years

Role : Should be able to act as a Scrum Master for multiple complex projects

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Should have a minimum of 10 years work experience out of which at least 2 years should be of a Scrum Master

- Should have worked on .Net technologies

- Expertise in Agile-Scrum practices, values and tools, and implementation experience

- Able to asses and coach teams to attain higher levels of maturity

- Good understanding of metrics and ability to predict

- Ensures a proper power balance between Product Owner, Team, Management

- Facilitate meetings for the team - Scrum, Review / Demo, Retrospective

- Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Communication:

- Strong command of English (written, spoken and understanding)

- Able to articulate concepts and ideas clearly

- Maintains a professional attitude and demeanour

- Listens to instruction and asks appropriate questions

- Share knowledge gained and lessons learned from education and experience

Presentation:

- Can prepare and deliver a professional presentation to any audience

- Able to use presentation media (i.e. PowerPoint)

- Comfortable with presenting to a group of any size
