Responsibilities:
- Project Management in software development life cycle within E-commerce space.
- Should have expertise across the ecommerce domain, including extensive experience with the SAP Hybris ecommerce or Oracle ATG or similar eCommerce platform, as well integrations with critical business systems including CRM, PIM, OMS and other ERP solutions and web content management systems.
- Excellent Implementation skills on B2B / B2C eCommerce sites, Web Content Management and Portals Experience on WCM / ECM products. Managed end to end implementation of 2 - 3 medium eCommerce projects.
- Apply consistent project management approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements
- Create detailed project management plans from estimated scope of work
- Manage Project Scope Define detail project scope, plan for collecting requirement, create WBS, validate scope customer and control requirement.
- Manage timelines & budget. Define baseline and plan, monitor and control against baseline and ensure there is no overrun.
- Monitor and Control project and provide in-depth status reports to engagement management and customer team
- Track and manage all project related issues and plan for issues resolution and track them till closure.
- Manage Project Risk plan risk management, identify risk, perform qualitative & quantitative risk assessment, plan risk response, monitor and track the risk till closure.
- Deliver project outputs in accordance with project plans, costs & to customer expectations.
- Define project deliverables, assign roles and responsibility and ensure completion of delive-rables on time.
- Manage the test and acceptance process to sign off with the customer
- Primary point of contact to manage customer expectations and communication (including timetabled and ad hoc meetings) to ensure that the customer is informed on the project status and obtain customer approval and sign off on all major deliverables.
- Organize and lead the project team to achieve the project objectives, ensuring that team roles, responsibilities and expectations are defined, understood and fulfilled.
- Co-ordinate input from all project members including third party suppliers, and customer staff to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure all work is produced in accordance with appropriate processes and that opportunities for improvement are identified and agreed.
- Manage the project scope to ensure that requirements and changes are analyzed, docu-mented and agreed upon
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineers in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent with at 10-12 years- relevant industry experience.
- Must have experience working on projects building and implementing core ecommerce sys-tems on the SAP Hybris or Oracle ATG or IBM WSC or Similar eCommerce platforms.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience working on medium scale systems (ERP, Order Management, CRM etc) integration technology projects.
- Experience and knowledge of B2B ecommerce business environment is a must.
- Ability to drive a technical team of 10-20 resources and provide technical direction on Design and development.
- Experience in Project Cost Management, Project Planning, Project tracking & monitoring
- Experience in Agile, and Waterfall methodology
- High level of initiative and self-motivation, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMP certification or similar is preferred
