Job Title : Sales force Project Manager

Job responsibilities :

1. Seeking a talented, motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment. The Project Manager role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development of the organization.

2. 7-10 years in IT industry with minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce based CRM Projects.

3. Min 3 - 5 SFDC end to end implementations in different industries

4. Interact with the various stakeholders (Revenue Heads, Finance, etc.) and manage their expectations

5. Develop/review project plan consisting of activities plan and milestones, quality management plan, communication plan, resource management plan

6. Ensure that the overall plan is kept updated and project activities are undertaken and completed as per project milestones

7. Ensure that project execution process are defined and implemented for efficiency and optimum resource utilization

8. Suggest improvements in system development process / application areas

Prior Role (s)/ Work Experience Preferred - detailed information about the required background :

- Provide guidance to technical leads and ensure continuous skill development by proactively identifying training needs, and organizing training

- Design & Deliver training modules, documentation and delivery efforts for effective implementation of SFDC in the organization
