Project Manager - Salesforce Platform

Project Manager (Salesforce) | Noida/Hybrid | US Shift

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and oversee projects on Salesforce platforms. If you have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and Agile practices, this role is for you!

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will:

- Define project scope, goals, and milestones.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.

- Ensure smooth execution using Predictive (Waterfall) & Adaptive (Agile) methodologies.

- Manage backlog, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

- Guide teams towards higher Scrum maturity and create a productive work environment.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

What We're Looking For:

- Hands-on experience in project scheduling & planning.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan & other PM tools.

- Expertise in use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and workflows.

- Ability to handle vision statement, project charter, and team charter creation.

- Proven experience in resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks.

- PMP Certification is a must.
