- The role is to manage the accounts in the India and APAC region and to up-sell the product offering of the company. The candidate would along with clients towards project implementation and configuration of the business solution as per client's requirement & to drive engagement with the client sponsors.

Description:
The role reports to the head of enterprise services and would be responsible for:
- Managing and being accountable for configuring the business solution as per the client's requirements and on time project time launch
- Managing client relationships and using analytics from build to launch phase
- Creating project documentation, best practices for implementation while managing scope and timelines
- Working towards assisting the sales team in pre-sales activities in product demos, RFPs and understanding them with the integration features like SSO, LMS etc.
- Building the implementation methodology to ensure timely, streamlines roll out to large organizations
- Working along with product team for beta testing the new product functionalities
Profile:
The candidate must have:
- 4+ years in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation)
- A passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
- Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
- Ability to discuss modern web practices and technical concepts (SSO, APIs, etc.)
